Echoes of the Rainbow

Echoes of the Rainbow - 岁月神偷, a very nice movie I watched recently. Starred by Simon Yam (father - 阿爸), Sandra Ng (mother - "good fit" 阿妈), Aarif Lee (elder brother - 大哥), Chung Siu To (younger brother - 细佬); written and directed by Alex Law, I would say this movie is something different from other big film. Simple story, but is just too great to let most of the audience touched with many scenes combi with pleasing background music, especially during the climax when 大哥 fall sick till the end of story... cry till my eyes swollen and red, anyway, I believe mine is small case compared the crying baby sitting next to me - my eldest sister...

Oh, movie is one, the second I would want to share is the real experience of seeing a real Echoes of Rainbow today. It was a double rainbow, where a dim secondary rainbow is seen outside the primary bow. According to WIKIPEDIA, secondary rainbows are caused by a double reflection of sunlight inside the raindrops, and appear at an angle of 50°–53°. As a result of the second reflection, the colours of a secondary rainbow are inverted compared to the primary bow, with blue on the outside and red on the inside. The secondary rainbow is fainter than the primary because more light escapes from two reflections compared to one and because the rainbow itself is spread over a greater area of the sky. The dark area of unlit sky lying between the primary and secondary bows is called Alexander's band, after Alexander of Aphrodisias who first described it.

大哥 told Flora that double rainbow is a very rare phenomenon. But I am lucky to be able to watch it together with two friends today. That strengthen my believe of miracles do happen. They really do.

Besides another hit song, Fireflies by Owl City, I love Vanila Twilight~ Totally fall in love with the lovely rhythm and lyrics~ even the song title seems so tasty and harmony...
This official music video is my favourite as well~ no matter is it real or fake, you could see everyone watching the sky for the same beautiful twilight, really awesome atmosphere...

碰钉

刚进公司时，一位和蔼幽默的manager对我们说人生经验。他说，越在年轻时遇上挫折，越是件好事。

刚出来社会工作时，生活会有很大的变化。首先需要为了养活自己努力的工作，工作努力的当儿，由于是新人，会遇上百般的不肯定，你只好问有经验的人，再不就豁出去，拿起电话问你完全不认识的有关人士。在这期间，会做错很多东西，会问很多别人觉得无谓的问题，会遗留一些不以为意的细节。 这时，上司会指出你的错误。当你为那些不该犯的错误觉得丢脸时，其实在学着如何不重蹈复撤。 这样的每一天，东碰碰钉，西碰碰钉，好晕好晕~

工作的人们，恶魔和天使常常都在争斗。。。
恶魔的存在，人们有时会变得消极。再加上电脑发出的负离子，身体会很累，脾气易暴躁。
天使的出现，人们领悟到年轻人该皮厚些，不要怕那皮肉的痛，因为那全是为自己一点一滴的累积经验。
争斗结束后，猜猜谁会胜出？=)

前世的五百次回眸真能换得今生的一次擦肩而过？！

看见一些人，事，物，感触感性敏感候群正又复发，让我记起曾经读过一封ｆｗｄ　ｅｍａｉｌ　里头的一句话：“前世的五百次回眸换得今生的一次擦肩而过”。

我本来想在今天的部落阁写一封抒发感情的帖子，却无意间找到一个贴切的故事，让我重新整顿所有思绪。虽然Ginger没有被路人探望过的感觉，却想在这分享这首诗歌，和背后的一个故事。

如何让你遇见我

在我最美丽的时刻

有个年轻美丽的女孩，出身豪门，家产丰厚，又多才多艺，日子过得很好。 媒婆也快把她家的门槛给踩烂了，但她一直不想结婚，因为她觉得还没见到她真正想要嫁的那个男孩。 直到有一天，她去一个庙会散心，于万千拥挤的人群中，看见了一个年轻的男人，不用多说什么，反正女孩觉得那个男人就是她苦苦等待的结果了。 可惜，庙会太挤了， 她无法走到那个男人的身边，就这样眼睁睁的看着那个男人消失在人群中。 后来的两年里，女孩四处去寻找那个男人，但这人就像蒸发了一样，无影无踪。

女孩每天都向佛祖祈祷，希望能再见到那个男人。 她的诚心打动了佛祖，佛祖显灵了。 佛祖说：“你想再看到那个男人吗？” 女孩说：“是的！我只想再看他一眼！” 佛祖：”你要放弃你现在的一切，包括爱你的家人和幸福的生活。” 女孩：“我能放弃！” 佛祖：“你还必须修炼五百年道行，才能见他一面。你不后悔么？” 女孩：“我不后悔！” 女孩变成了一块大石头，躺在荒郊野外，四百多年的风吹*晒，苦不堪言，但女孩都觉得没什么，难受的是这四百多年都没看到一个人，看不见一点点希望，这让她都快崩溃了。 最后一年，一个采石队来了，看中了她的巨大，把她凿成一块巨大的条石，运进了城里，他们正在建一座石桥，于是，女孩变成了石桥的护栏。 就在石桥建成的第一天，女孩就看见了，那个她等了五百年的男人！ 他行色匆匆，像有什么急事，很快地从石桥的正中走过了，当然，他不会发觉有一块石头正目不转睛地望着他。 男人又一次消失了，再次出现的是佛祖。 佛祖：“你满意了吗？” 女孩：“不！为什么？为什么我只是桥的护栏？如果我被铺在桥的正中，我就能碰到他了，我就能摸他一下！” 佛祖：“你想摸他一下？那你还得修炼五百年！” 女孩：“我愿意！” 佛祖：“你吃了这么多苦，不后悔？” 女孩：“不后悔！”

女孩变成了一棵大树，立在一条人来人往的官道上，这里每天都有很多人经过，女孩每天都在近处观望，但这更难受，因为无数次满怀希望的看见一个人走来，又无数次希望破灭。 不是有前五百年的修炼，相信女孩早就崩溃了！ 日子一天天的过去，女孩的心逐渐平静了，她知道，不到最后一天，他是不会出现的。 又是一个五百年啊！最后一天，女孩知道他会来了，但她的心中竟然不再激动。 来了！他来了！他还是穿着他最喜欢的白色长衫，脸还是那么俊美，女孩痴痴地望着他。 这一次，他没有急匆匆的走过，因为，天太热了。 他注意到路边有一棵大树，那浓密的树荫很诱人，休息一下吧，他这样想。 他走到大树脚下，靠着树根，微微的闭上了双眼，他睡着了。 女孩摸到他了！他就靠在她的身边！ 但是，她无法告诉他，这千年的相思。她只有尽力把树荫聚集起来，为他挡住毒辣的阳光。 千年的柔情啊！ 男人只是小睡了一刻，因为他还有事要办，他站起身来，拍拍长衫上的灰尘，在动身的前一刻，他抬头看了看这棵大树，又微微地抚摸了一下树干，大概是为了感谢大树为他带来清凉吧。 然后，他头也不回地走了！

就在他消失在她的视线的那一刻，佛祖又出现了。 佛祖：“你是不是还想做他的妻子？那你还得修炼……”

看了以上故事，真地替女孩感到惋惜．．．

就像席慕容提到，默默地等待像飞蛾扑向火，女孩可以不计后果，可以不要理由勇敢的追求爱情，却换来如此伤心下场。但看了下则故事，心情会有所改变。

女孩平静地打断了佛祖的话：“我是很想，但是不必了。” 佛祖：“哦？” 女孩：“这样已经很好了，爱他，并不一定要做他的妻子。” 佛祖：“哦！” 女孩：“他现在的妻子也像我这样受过苦吗？” 佛祖微微地点点头。 女孩微微一笑：“我也能做到的，但是不必了。” 就在这一刻，女孩发现佛祖微微地叹了一口气，或者是说，佛祖轻轻地松了一口气。 女孩有几分诧异，“佛祖也有心事么？” 佛祖的脸上绽开了一个笑容：“因为这样很好，有个男孩可以少等一千年了，他为了能够看你一眼，已经修炼了两千年。

就一个简单的故事，你相信前世的五百次回眸换得今生的一次擦肩而过吗？很多事情可以让你很执著，但也记住，偶然，往往到后来是让你放弃最好的理由。

Hashi~Hashi~

Though I don't have brilliant mind to play sudoko or other difficult puzzle game, but recently has been addicted to play Hashi (数桥）... a very nice game using simple logic. Allocate some time to let my left brain stay active, at the same time try to challenge myself to solve Hashi of different degree of difficulties seems to be real fun time~ 

Found a bravo website which requires FOC registration, and you can play all sorts of picture or number logic puzzles once registered as member.

Gifted day

A gifted day.

My plan goes with nice end even with some little interference in the midst. As the loan application for furthering study drag on unsettled for weeks, I've been going back Kuantan almost every recent weekends. Finding authorised person to be witness issn't something easy, as many of the authorised personnel such as commisioner of oath or grade A government servant wouldn't willing to bear the responsibility as a witness for loan application, especially when KOJADI is a seldom heard of coperation operates under MCA. Though 'hitting nails' is so time and effort consuming, I did gain something. As the commisioner of oath couldn't sign for me, a kind Malay uncle suggested me to go to the Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah (Land office) to seek for Penghulu's help. There we go... My mom and I walked to the next building and looked for Penghulu. Hit nail again. Penghulu was off from office today. But the kind receptionist suggested us to look for the penolong pegawai daerah. He is super duper nice... praise him for being sincere and kind in lending his hand to be witness. First I gain by saving money. I need not pay a cent. If the 9 pages of documents to be signed by commissioner of oath in the court, it would cost me RM 36. Next, gain a nice phrase of words of wisdom from daddy: be patient in doing everything you need to do when you couldn't opt to escape it. Probably today these words digest better in my mind as I truly feel the meaning. If I have chosen to get my temper on and blaming those who couldn't help, I might spoil my own day. Luckily today is calm and lovely day. Thanks God and your messenger for leading me a fruitful day, I truly learn a lot. Not the least, special thanks to Encik Farhan as well!
